Twenty-first Day

  • one glass of warm water with the juice of half a lemon

Breakfast:

  • Unsweetened coconut milk with organic chia seeds and organic oats

Lunch:

  • Vegetable cream soup
  • Spaghetti with salmon and parmesan

Dinner:

  • Mashed chickpeas, lentils and broccoli
  • Green olives with pepper
  • 2 slices of wholemeal bread
