  • one glass of warm water with the juice of half a lemon

Breakfast:

-porridge with strawberries, cashew and almonds

-pumpkin cream soup with croutons

-boiled potatoes with herbs, tzatziki sauce and saute vegetables

-brownie with nuts

-3 glasses of natural 100% apple juice
