Eleventh day

  • one glass of warm water with the juice of half a lemon

Breakfast:

-porridge with cashew, hazelnuts, pistachio, raisins, melon, kiwi and cranberry

-coffee with milk

Lunch:

-boiled potatoes with butter and herbs

-grilled Camembert cheese

-baked salmon with lemon

-salad with dressing

Snack:

-pastry with nuts, honey, vanilla and raspberry filling

-Cafe Latte

Dinner:

-traditional Indian food :rice, handmade bread, vegetable meatballs, sweet potatoes, lentils stew and beetroot and cucumber salad
