  • one glass of warm water with the juice of half a lemon

 

Breakfast:

-porridge with raisins, melon, pumpkin seeds, agave syrup, cinnamon, almond milk

-one chocolate muffin

-melon

-unsweetened rooibos tea with vanilla

-traditional indian food

-salad with rucola, tomatoes, black olives, feta cheese, mango, cucumber, basil.
