Sixth Day

  • one glass of warm water with the juice of half a lemon

 

Breakfast:

-porridge with bio cinnamon, bio agave syrup, unsweetened almond milk,

raisins, strawberries, raw sunflower seeds, a few pieces of banana

-small plate with strawberries

-unsweetened black tea with bergamot

Lunch:

-vegetarian noodles with salad

-panna cotta with forest fruits

Snack:

-one glass of bio coconut and mango water

-coconut and chocolate muesli hearts

Lunch:

-baked sweet potatoes

-avocado

-cherry tomatoes with basil

-parsley

-feta cheese
