Fifth day

  • one glass of warm water with the juice of half a lemon

 

Breakfast:

-toast with avocado 2 poached eggs, pistachios

-rucola and cherry tomatoes salad

-cappuccino

-strudel with poppy seeds, apple and peaches

-boiled potatoes with parsley

-baked salmon

-salad

-tomato soup with vegetables
