Fourth Day

  • one glass of warm water with the juice of half a lemon

 

Breakfast:

-2 slices of mango

-250 g strawberries

-sunflower seeds

-raisins

-unsweetened chamomile tea

Lunch:

-vegetarian meatballs

-fried broccoli

-baked potatoes

-pickled cabbage with pickles

-salad with olives, feta cheese, cucumber and pepper

-pumpkin latte

Treat:

-2 muesli bars with seeds

-1 glass of bio unsweetened beetroot

Dinner:

-salad with chickpeas, olives, gouda, baked mushrooms, baked sweet potatoes, red onion, orange pepper, salt, pepper, basil
