Third Day

 

  • one glass of warm water with the juice of half a lemon

Breakfast:

-porridge with raspberries, pistachios, raw cocoa nibs and muesli hearts with coconut and chocolate

– unsweetened black tea with bergamot

Snack:

-bio coconut water

-salted and baked pumpkin seeds

Lunch:

-half an avocado, cooked vegetables (broccoli, carrot, cauliflower), hummus, marinated sardines, cherry tomatoes and vegetable meatballs

Dinner:

-broccoli quiche

-a glass of grapefruit juice
